Pork & Apple Pie

I had an idea a while ago to combine the delicious flavours of pork and apple into a delicious pie. So I told my beautiful lady about this idea, and she thought it would be terrible, until she came across this recipe, which she promptly showed me. I had no choice but to make it, and here are the results.

Marmoset Pie

This delicious pie is inspired by the Sesame Street song “Song of the Marmoset”

“Some day i’d like to try, to cook a marmoset.

Would you really care, to eat a marmoset?

Living in a pie, very far from I”.

You guys already know how to make a good pie, but here is the outline.

Pick your favourite seasoning. Curried marmoset pie is geat, as is root vegetable and marmoset pie (rather a play on themes there don’t you think).

Make you seasoning. catch, kill and skin your marmoset. Reserve tail and ears for decoration (if you can resist eating them there and then!).

Cook the marmoset over a medium heat for 2-3 hourse. they can be quite tough.

Place marmoset and seasoning in your pie dish.

Cover with pastry, poking the tail and ears out of the top as decoration, and cook in a preheated oven at 180 for around 30 minuted or untill pastry has browned and puffed up.

ENJOY!

Delicious Marmoset Pie

Warning, it is not advised that you try to BE a marmoset while making this pie as singeing may occur.
